Claudia Dean is the V.P. of Community Partnerships, a division dedicated to the success of our Head Start, Early Head Start, and early childhood program partners by providing them with proven practices that drive desired outcomes, all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Claudia began work with Acelero, Inc. in 2017 as the Executive Director for Acelero Learning in Wisconsin. Most recently, she has served as a Program Manager for Shine’s work with the New York City Department of Education. Claudia has more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She began her career as a Head Start teacher at Broward County Public Schools where she held several administrative positions. Subsequently, she was promoted to become the school district’s Head Start Director serving 2,120 children and families. After moving abroad, Claudia worked as an instructor at Zayed University in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, preparing early childhood educators and supervising teaching practices.
