Ken Taylor is the V.P. of Public Systems. Ken joined Shine Early Learning in 2021 as the Senior Director of Public Systems Support, where he was instrumental in leading and contributing to public systems projects in Delaware, Colorado, North Carolina, and Wisconsin. Prior to joining Shine, Ken served as the Executive Director of Kids Forward, a statewide research, engagement, and advocacy organization with a mission to promote access to opportunity for every kid, every family, and every community in Wisconsin. Ken has extensive experience in public system policy and reform with work across the country including Las Vegas, Illinois, Massachusetts, Philadelphia, New York City, Washington, and Wisconsin.
