Mr. Geier will lead Shine as it pursues an ambitious strategy to broaden and deepen impact for early learning, Head Start, and child care throughout the country. Prior to joining Shine Early Learning, Charlie served as Vice President of Impact Data Solutions and Statewide Advocacy for the Indiana Youth Institute, where he led statewide research, evaluation, advocacy and capacity-building of youth-serving organizations. Prior to that, he served as Director of Early Learning and Intervention for the Indiana Department of Education.
“I am honored for the opportunity to continue serving in this new role, and I am looking forward to working closely with Shine’s partners to improve outcomes for children and families,” said Geier.
Geier began his new role on November 7, 2022.
