Creating a Culture of Feedback

Leadership Workshop Series

In the ever-evolving landscape of education, the need for effective leadership has never been more critical. That’s why our professional learning team has developed the transformative Leadership Workshop Series.

By participating in this series, leaders will gain insight into visionary leadership, cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, and enhance their ability to inspire and lead their teams to new heights.

Designed for middle managers, LWS equips them with the skills and knowledge they need to be effective leaders. The program is divided into 13 courses across five key disciplines for leaders. Participants learn to foster teamwork, encourage open communication, follow through on commitments, embrace data-informed learning, and celebrate diversity.

The Training Agenda

Training for Action

Training For Action is designed for instructors, seminar leaders, and anyone in early childhood education who aims to elevate their training to the next level. It’s all about moving away from knowledge-based learning and shifting the focus towards action in the workplace.

TFA offers two impactful certifications, with more on the horizon. The first is “Design and Develop,” where participants learn how to plan, structure, and write course materials that promote action to achieve desired results. Emphasis is on crafting engaging content that drives performance.

The second certification, Prepare and Facilitate, hones the skills needed to deliver training content for maximum results. This includes both in-person and virtual instructor-led offerings. We’re committed to ensuring that every learner becomes an effective and inspiring trainer.

TFA certifications use a blended learning approach, combining traditional lessons with personal coaching provided between courses. This way, participants not only gain knowledge but also the practical skills needed to make a real impact.
