Through long-term partnerships, we offer the most innovative data-driven tools, systems, and insights for early education and care, all while keeping a caring approach at the center of our work.

Our first-hand knowledge and experience as early education operators, drawn from our sister organization Acelero Learning, inspire problem solving and continuous improvement. We maintain agility and adaptability at the core of all engagements.

Shine Early Learning has partnered with government agencies in Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Montana, and Wisconsin, as well as over 40 other organizations, universities, and companies to provide training, consultation, coaching, and technical assistance. We collaborate with leaders in early care and education to achieve the best possible outcomes for children nationwide.

  • Shared Service Knowledge Hub featuring an online repository of resources, assessments, tools, job aids, templates, and support available 24/7.
  • On demand virtual and in-person instructor-led training for new and experienced early learning professionals in a variety of areas: business & operations, mental health & wellness, infant & toddler, teacher/substitute & leader preparation and more.
